Why should farms should be preserved

Why should farmland be preserved? There are three major reasons why farms and farmal land should be kept. Farmland is a natural resource and we need all of the natural resources available. With farms kept, pollution would be decreased because, less houses would be built on the farms. Its nice to look at the conserved beauty of land. If farms were destroyed,  then the agriculture careers would be negatively affected. This report will expound on the above reasons why farmland should be preserved.




Natural Resources are resources obtained from the earth. Natural resources occur naturally within environments that exist relatively undisturbed by mankind. Natural resources are derived from the environment. Many of them are essential for our survival while others are used for our satisfaction natural resources may be further classified in different ways. For example, Biotic resources are obtained from the biosphere, such as forests and their products, animals, birds and their products, fish and other marine organisms. Abiotic resources include non-living things. Examples include land, water, air and ores such as gold, iron, copper, silver etc..
